The microphone isn’t recording
Make sure Aloud has microphone and speech-recognition permission in Settings → Aloud. You can always type your answer instead of speaking.
What are credits / top-up packs?
Each time the AI gives you feedback it uses one credit. New devices get a batch of free credits; when they run out you can buy a top-up pack inside the app. Credits are tied to your device, so reinstalling keeps your balance.
I bought a pack but my balance didn’t update
Reopen the app so the purchase can finish syncing. If it still doesn’t appear, email us the date of purchase and we’ll sort it out.
Delete my data
Aloud has no account and stores no personal information — only an anonymous device id and your credit balance. Email us if you’d like that record removed.
